As is true with most growing and vibrant companies, we are always looking for new enthusiastic people to help us grow in places where we need to penetrate markets to greater depths than we already have.

To make this even more appealing, we have a FLEXIBILITY that is unsurpassed in our field. You can be a member of our team in any one of the following ways:

• 1. As a full time company employee with a full time territory. With this type of position, you will receive not only commissions from your sales but you will also receive company benefits such as health insurance and 401K. There are few (if any) distributors in our category that offer these types of extras.
• 2. As an independent representative. Doing it this way you will receive none of the benefits listed above but you will be able to represent individual publishers that we do not have in our portfolio of over 400 publishers.
• 3. As a part time independent contractor you will have the ability to work 3-5 days a week and to work limited hours (from 8-2 for example). In this category, you will also have the opportunity to grow into a full time position depending on your desire and success.
• 4. As either a full or part time curriculum specialist. This entails calling primarily on the classroom but also on some libraries.
